SIMON MONDAY CHALLENGE ADD TEXTURE


Ciao a tutti e benvenuti a un'altra settimana su Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog
Questa settimana la nostra sfida è: ADD TEXTURE
Come tutti i mesi il primo Luned'  presentiamo un marchio/azienda. Questa settimana stiamo tutti usando alcuni prodotti favolosi di Tonic Studios. Non dovete usarli per partecipare alla sfida, ma se li avete ci piacerebbe vederli usati.
Questa settimana diamo il bentornato all'adorabile Ann Chuang come Designer Spotlight. Se non avete  mai visitato il suo blog prima, vi aspetta una vera sorpresa!

Thank you for joining us for the Stencil Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to:
ADD TEXTURE
As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Tonic Studios. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.
This week we’re welcoming back the lovely Ann Chuang into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!



Oggi ho realizzato una tag primaverile usando la fustella 3D Roses di Tim Holtz Sizzix dal lato debossing, quello per cui i rilievi sono capovolti, cioè sono delle rientranze! Ho colorato lo sfondo con vari Distress Ink Pad e ho aggiunto texture con Distress Translucent paste sui bordi e sugli angoli  che ho poi ricoperto con qualche pennellata di Foundry Wax Gilded.  Ho usato sui contorni delle rose  Distress Ink Pad Walnut Stain per evidenziare il disegno. Il coniglietto è uno dei mie preferiti, l'ho tagliato con la fustella Bunny Hop e come texture ho usato due polveri da Embossing, Flurries di Ranger e Tonic Golden Egg Nuvo per la coda, che in realtà è una mezza perla dal pack Idea-ology Metallic Droplets, ricoperta con la polvere. Per lo sfondo ho utilizzato anche un timbro con foglioline dal set Floral Elements e il sentiment dal set Spring Shadow.  Per rifinire ho aggiunto qualche goccia di Foundry Wax Gilded su tutta la tag. 

Today I made a spring tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix's 3D Roses die from the debossing side, the one where the reliefs are upside down.  I colored the background with various Distress Ink Pads and added texture with Distress Translucent paste on the edges and corners which I then covered with a few strokes of Foundry Wax Gilded. I used Distress Ink Pad Walnut Stain on the outlines of the roses to highlight the design. The bunny is one of my favorites, I cut it with the Bunny Hop die and as a texture, I used two powders from Embossing, Flurries from Ranger, and Tonic Golden Egg Nuvo for the tail, which is actually a half pearl from the Idea-ology Metallic Droplets, coated with powder. For the background I also used a leaf stamp from the Floral Elements set and the sentiment from the Spring Shadow set. To finish I added a few drops of Foundry Wax Gilded all over the tag.
