Thank you for joining us for the Circles Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to Tag It
This is Sabrina’s last week in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your fabulous creations! It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us!

Oggi ho preparato una Etcetera misura Small  a tema Steampunk nei colori più classici di questo stile!
Il procedimento è semplicissimo... tagliate tantissimi igranaggi, preparate una base con acrilici e createla vostra composizione! Al centro The professor e il mio cuore preferito Faceted heart di Tim Holtz.
Sugli ingranaggi la texture è stata realizzata con polveri da embossing (Seth Apter e Ranger, in fondo la lista dei materiali) e la cera di prima Marketing Firebird.
Per il resto fantasia e pazienza ed ecco fatto!

Today I have prepared an Etcetera Small with a Steampunk theme in the most classic colors of this style!
The process is very simple ... cut lots of gears, prepare a base with acrylics and create your own composition! At the center The Professor and my favorite heart Faceted heart by Tim Holtz.
On the gears, the texture was made with embossing powders (Seth Apter and Ranger, at the bottom the list of materials) and the wax by Prima Marketing,  Firebird.

Thank you for joining us for the Blooms Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week we are challenging you to create something with circles.

Another week together with Sabrina aka LaSab, our fabulous Designer Spotlight for April, HERE her Blog, check it out!

Questa settimana ho preparato una piccola collezione di tags ispirate agli stencil con cerchi di Tim Holtz. Il procedimento è davvero semplice!
La prima cosa che ho fatto è stata creare una base di colore abbastanza chiara: ho usato il tampone, Antique linen in versione oxide, sul tappetino e ho spruzzato con abbondante acqua, ho strisciato la tag e ho asciugato con Heat Tool. Ho scelto i due colori principali della tag e ho eseguito lo stesso procedimento di prima, l'unica differenza è che ho usato pochissima acqua in modo da creare delle piccole macchie di colore. La base è fatta per tutte e 4 le tags.
Ho scelto gli stencil e i timbri e poi..... come dice Seth Apter "creating without overthinking", vi assicuro che sta diventando il mio motto creativo preferito insieme a "embrace imperfection"!
Lasciarsi guidare dall'intuizione senza pensare troppo a quello che stai facendo ti rende più tranquillo e sicuro, smetti di preoccuparti del risultato e ti diverti tantissimo!
Spero che si veda quanto mi sono divertita con colori e stencils!
Non c'è davvero altro da dire, solo che la tecnica che ho usato è quella di creare diversi strati con diversi stencils e diversi colori.

Particolari delle tags , una per una!

This week I prepared a small collection of tags inspired by stencils with circles by Tim Holtz. The creative process is really simple!
The first thing I did was create a fairly clear color base: I used the pad, Antique linen Oxide version, on the mat and sprayed with plenty of water, I swiped the tag and dried with Heat Tool.
I chose the two main colors of the tag and I performed the same procedure as before, the only difference is that I used very little water to create small spots of color. The base is created for all 4 tags.
I chose stencils and stamps and then ..... as Seth Apter says "creating without overthinking", I assure you that it is becoming my favorite creative motto together with "embrace imperfection"!
Being guided by intuition without thinking too much about what you are doing makes you feel calmer and safer, stop worrying about the result and have a great time!
I hope you see how much I enjoyed myself with colors and stencils!
There is really nothing else to say, only that the technique I used is to create a lot of layers with different stencils and different colors.
The focal point for each tag is a stamp by Tim Holtz that I love very much!
