This week we are challenging you to make something Miniature/Tiny Things

Per rispettare il tema settimanale ho scelto di realizzare una vignette con la più piccola di queste scatole.
So che vi mancava il bellissimo cuore sfaccettato.... così ho pensato di metterlo al centro del mio progetto!
To comply with the weekly theme I have chosen to create a vignette with the smallest of these boxes.
Fabulous faceted heart is back to be the star of my project!
Ho iniziato dipingendo di nero la mini box con Black Soot Distress Paint. Poi ho tagliato su cartoncino nero gli ingranaggi per decorare i lati e la parte davanti. A questo punto ho colorato gli ingranaggi con la cera Mystic Turquoise di Prima marketing che sul nero ha un effetto davvero bellissimo e molto luminoso. Ho utilizzato Antiqued bronze Distress Paint e un pochino di cera Copper per i rimanenti ingranaggi.
All'interno per rivestire la scatola ho utilizzato cartoncino nero e la fustelle da embossing 3D Mechanics colorando con perfect pearls ( se vi interessa vedere il passo passo lo trovate QUI).
Per rivestire il retro ho utilizzato cartoncino nero e la fustella da embossing Riveted metal.
I started painting mini box with Black Soot Distress Paint. Then I cut the gears to decorate the sides and the front on black cardstock. At this point I colored the gears with Mystic Turquoise by Prima marketing, it has a really beautiful and very bright effect on black. I used Antiqued bronze Distress Paint and a little bit of Copper wax for the remaining gears.
To coat inside the box I used black cardstock and 3D Mechanics embossing dies. I used Perfect Pearls to higlight the embossed parts (if you are interested in seeing the step by step, find it HERE).
To coat the back I used black cardstock and Riveted metal embossing die.
Chi mi segue sa che ogni tanto mi piace usare i fiocchi di foglia oro, in questo caso li ho utilizzati per rivestire il cuore e renderlo molto luminoso.
Ho aggiunto qualche dettaglio in metallo e la frase Trust your heart dal pack Idea-ology Quotations Metallic. Lo spazio eè davvero piccolo e aggiungere ancora altri dettagli sarebbe stato troppo!
Those who follow me know that sometimes I like to use gilding flakes, in this case I used them to cover the heart and make it very bright.
I added some metal details and the phrase Trust your heart from Idea-ology Quotations Metallic. The space is really small and adding even more details would have been too much!
