AALL AND CREATE LOVE YOU TO DEATH

Ciao a tutti !!!! Sono felice di annunciarvi che sono tornata nel Design Team di  AAll and Create! Ringrazio di cuore Autour de Mwa per l'opportunità di poter creare ancora con i loro fantastici timbri e stencil!

Oggi vi mostro il mio progetto .... forse un po 'inquietante ... ma ci avviciniamo aad Halloween molto velocemente!

Today I show you my project .... maybe a little bit  haunting .... but we're going quickly to Halloween ...

Quando ho ricevuto i nuovi timbri e stencil questi due sono stati veramente un colpo ... al cuore! Dal primo istante ho avuto in mente quello che ho realizzato e che vi mostro oggi: una tela molto colorata con colori forti!

When I received the new stamps and stencils these two were really a blow ... to my heart! From the first moment I had in mind this canvas: a very colorful project!

Step by step

Per prima cosa ho preparato la base. Ho preso una cornice di Tim Holtz e ho iniziato rioprendo il pannello con un ritaglio di lino . Ho usato il biadesivo e devo dire che funziona a meraviglia, unico accorgimento riempire completamente la parte da bloccare.
Ho chiuso il lino nel retro e per rifinire il lavoro ho incollato un foglio di cartoncino Kraft tagliato a misura. L'ho fatto perchè mi piace che i miei proogetti siano rifiniti anche nel retro.
Ho girato la mia base e ho cosparso sul lino un velo leggerissimo di gesso clear.

First  thing I prepared the base. I took a Framed Panel by  Tim Holtz and I started covering the panel with a linen cloth cutout. I used the double-sided adhesive and I must say that it works wonderfully.
I finished the back of my project by gluing a Kraft cardstock cut to size.
I turned my base and sprinkled a light veil of clear gesso on linen texture.

Ho scelto un trio di Distress oxideFired brick, Aged Mahognany e Seedless preserves e ho macchiato la tela. I colori mi sembravano troppo forti e per smorzarli ho passato  Picket fence Distress crayon. Il risultato è che se usate il pastello in modo davvero leggero, si evidenzierà la grana del lino senza coprire tutto ma solo schiarendo e aggiungendo texture.
Con lo stencil ho usato la Grit paste che quando si solidifica crea una superfice non liscia.

I chose a trio of Distress oxide Fired brick, Aged Mahogany and Seedless preserves and I stained the canvas. The colors seemed me  too strong and I used Picket fence Distress crayon to lighten them.  If you use the pastel in a really light way,  you  will highlight the grain of the linen without covering everything but just lightening and adding texture.
With the stencil I used the Grit paste that when it solidifies creates a non-smooth surface.

Ho timbrato il cuore con Archival Jet Black e lìho colorato con gli acquerelli Kuretake Gansai. Voglio precisare che io non so colorare, con mio grande rammarico non ho mai fatto nessuna scuola per imparare la tecnica ma mi piace ogni tantoi usare gli acquarelli per l'effetto e i colori perciò perdonatemi le imperfezioni!

I stamped my heart with Archival Jet Black and colored it with the Kuretake Gansai watercolors. I want to clarify that I am not good at coloring with watercolors, to my great regret I have never done any school to learn the technique but I like them very much and sometimes I use them, so forgive me the imperfections!

Quando la Grit paste eè completamente asciutta ho colorato sia il disegno che le parole riposizionando lo stencil. Per il teschio ho usato un acrilico e per le parole e le macchie la polevere da embossing di Seth Apter Rocky road.

 When Grit  paste is completely dry I colored it and I colored the words repositioning the stencil. For the skull I used an acrylic and for the words  the embossing powder Rocky road by  Seth Apter.

Completa il progetto la cornice colorata con due acrilici Prima marketin: Black Raven e Dark Velvet.
