This week we are challenging you to add some words:
TEXT IT
Questa settimana ho deciso di realizzare due tag a tema Halloween con colori tradizionali e con la caratteristica di mischiare prodotti vecchi e nuovi ( lo faccio quasi sempre in realtà!). Credo che il prodotto più anziano tra quelli che ho utilizzato sia la parola BOO. Fa parte della fustella di Sizzix per Tim Holtz, Vintage Spirits cod. 662385, che è fuori produzione per cui non lo troverete nella lista dei materiali. Come sempre ho cominciato dagli sfondi usando il timbro Shattered con Ranger Ink Distress Ink Pad Wilted Violet nella prima, e lo stencil Crossbones con la Distress Grit Paste Crypt nella seconda. Per entrambe ho utilizzato gli stessi colori Distress Spray Stain Villainous Potion, Pumice Stone, Lost Shadow e Peeled Paint, Distress Mica Stain Mulled Cider e Holly Branch. Protagonisti da una parte la fustella Sizzix Moonlight, che ho colorato con Mica Stain Mulled Cider nella parte nera e con Distress Spray Stain Crackling Campfire, Wild Honey e Mustard Seed nella parte sottostante. Nella parte scura ho aggiunto un pochino di polvere da embossing nera sui bordi, come sui bordi di tutte e due le tag. Il sentiment, Happy Halloween, proviene da un set di timbri più anziano, Apothecary, ovviamente di Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous come tutto il resto. Il numero 31 è realizzato con Black Paste, lo stenciIl Halloween Script e Mulled Cider Mica stain. Il teschio della seconda tag fa parte del set Foreboding e l'ho colorato con gli stessi colori Distress che vi ho elencato sopra. Nella seconda tag per rimanere completamente nel tema di oggi Text It, ho utilizzato anche un timbro con scrittura dal set The Obscure. In alto, in entrambe le tag, ho utilizzato Idea-ology Mummy Cloth colorata con lo spray Villainous Potion! Spero che vi piacciano!
This week I decided to create two Halloween themed tags with traditional colors and with the characteristic of mixing old and new products (I almost always do this in reality!). I think the oldest product I've used is the word BOO. It is part of the Sizzix die for Tim Holtz, Vintage Spirits cod. 662385, which is discontinued so you will not find it in the materials list. As always, I started with the backgrounds using the Shattered stamp with Ranger Ink Distress Ink Pad Wilted Violet in the first, and the Crossbones stencil with Distress Grit Paste Crypt in the second. For both, I used the same colors Distress Spray Stain Villainous Potion, Pumice Stone, Lost Shadow and Peeled Paint, Distress Mica Stain Mulled Cider and Holly Branch. The protagonists on the first tag is the Sizzix Moonlight Thinlits Dies (also the bats are from this die), which I colored with Mica Stain Mulled Cider in the black part and with Distress Spray Stain Crackling Campfire, Wild Honey, and Mustard Seed in the part below. In the dark part, I added a little bit of black embossing powder on the edges, as on the edges of both tags. The sentiment, Happy Halloween, comes from an older stamp set, Apothecary, obviously from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous like everything else. The number 31 is made with Black Paste, the Halloween Script stencil and Mulled Cider Mica stain. The skull of the second tag is part of the Foreboding stamps set and I colored it with the same Distress colors that I listed above. In the second tag to stay completely in today's Text It theme, I also used a handwriting stamp from The Obscure set. Above, in both tags, I used Idea-ology Mummy Cloth colored with Villainous Potion spray! I hope you like them!
