SIMON MONDAY CHALLENGE BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS

Ciao a tutti!

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the Farm Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to Beautiful Blooms!
You can't say it's hard so we'd love to see lots of entries on our blog!
Sabrina aka LaSab is our Designer Spotlight for April! HERE her fabulous Blog

Today I wanted to dare with a project that is not exactly in my comfort zone even if the style is the same ... quite neutral colors tone on tone, light pink and  light orange and some brilliant touches.
When I prepare the weekly challenges, I read the title and wait ... if the idea arrives immediately, I start and I create the project very quickly. In this case I had too many ideas and when it is so it is worse because my head is a storm of ideas and I don't know what to decide!
This week I also rearranged my drawers with Idea-ology inserting all the new releases ... and I saw this picture ... that wonderful hat with daisies ... and everything was born around that! Tim's new flowers and  Adorned die have completed my work.
A few words about the Adorned die .... you can also think that you don't need it but it is not so, you will use it very much it serves to add details, to frame and above all it is modular like an Ikea piece of furniture!
You can cut several pieces, break them down and reassemble them to your liking as I did in the lower part by adding a small piece to make the design exactly how you want it.

The background is realized starting from the usual white chalk and adding   Ranger Texture paste opaque crackle in some points. With some Distress paints I colored the background and filled the cracks with Antiqued bronze metallic Distress crayons.
On the corners I used the Nuvo Expanding Mousse (thanks Marzena!),  Mustard Seed, which, when heated, not only creates a wonderful texture but also changes color, becoming much darker! Tadd a touch of sparkle I spread the wax of Prima Marketing Firebird, an incredible color!

The daisies are colored with Distress markers and the frame with Distress Crayons
