Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

This week we are inviting you to: SPARKLE & SHINE
Io non riesco a smettere di creare per Halloween, ogni anno che passa mi diverto sempre di più a realizzare tag, card e altro per questa festa! I nuovi timbri di Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous (se vi siete persi la diretta la trovate QUI) sono bellissimi e si sposano perfettamente con le fustelle e anche con le cose un pochino più datate.
Ho realizzato una card quadrata, forse il mio formato preferito, usando la nuova luna di Sizzix (Moonlight Thinlits Dies) e colorandola con vari Mica Stain: Bubbling Cauldron, Wicked Elixir e Holly Branch. Come vedete a me piace mischiare tutto! La base grigia è colorata con Distress Spray Stain Lost Shadow, Hickory Smoke e un tocco di Mica Stain Empty Tomb. Protagonisti i piccoli pipistrelli presi dal set The Obscure, così come il timbro con le scritte viola che vedete nel background. Vorrei che notaste i dettagli di quel piccolo timbro con il pipistrello, sono eccezionali! Io ne ho tagliati 3 e li ho appesi al ramo nero che viene dal set Mr. Bones. Sopra al ramo ho aggiunto un tocco di brillantezza con dei glitter neri. Nello sfondo ci sono anche le stelle nere, il nuovo stencil Spellbound in versione mini (set 56) con la nuova paste nera opaca erano perfette. Per dare un tocco di billante anche qui ho usato i glitter trasparenti Rock Candy Crystal Clear Glitter. le piccole nuvole sono tagliate con la fustella Edison su Vellum di Simon Says Stamp e colorate nel retro con Black Soot Archival Ink. Per rifinire la card ho scelto il cordoncino glitterato di Idea-ology Black Tinsel e qualche ritaglio del mio amato Crinckle Ribbon (Tim per favore rimettilo in produzione!). Per il sentiment ho attinto dal set di timbri Halloween Sketchbook scegliendo quello che mi sembrava più adatto ai miei piccoli pipistrelli! Finita, spero vi sia piaciuto leggere il processo creativo!
I can't stop creating for Halloween! Every year I have more and more fun making tags, cards and more for this celebration! The new stamps by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous (if you missed the live you can find it HERE, it's full of inspirations and ideas) are wonderful and match perfectly with these dies and even with things a little more dated.
I made a square card, perhaps my favorite format, using Sizzix's new moon (Moonlight Thinlits Dies) and coloring it with various Mica Stains: Bubbling Cauldron, Wicked Elixir and Holly Branch (old Christmas collection). As you can see I like to mix everything! For the gray background I used Distress Spray Stain in various shades: Lost Shadow, Hickory Smoke and a touch of Empty Tomb Mica Stain. The protagonists of the card are the little bats taken from The Obscure set, as well as the stamp with the purple script you see in the background. I'd like you to notice the details on that little bat stamp, they are amazing! I cut three and hung them on the black branch that comes from the Mr. Bones set. Above the branch I added a touch of sparkle with some black glitter. In the background there are also the black stars, The new Spellbound stencil in the mini version (set 56) with the new opaque black paste was perfect. To give a touch of sparkle here too I used Rock Candy Crystal Clear Glitter. The little clouds are cut with the Edison die on Vellum by Simon Says Stamp and colored on the back with Black Soot Archival Ink. To complete the card I chose the glittery Idea-ology Black Tinsel and some scraps of my beloved Crinckle Ribbon (Tim please put it back into production!). For the sentiment I drew from the Halloween Sketchbook stamp set choosing the one that seemed more suitable for my little bats! Finished, I hope you enjoyed reading the creative process!
