Ciao a tutti! Halloween si avvicina e questa settimana l'argomento su Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog non poteva essere che questo: HALLOWEEN/SPOOKY. Lasciatevi trasportare dalla fantasia e create qualcosa, qualsiasi cosa per partecipare alla nostra sfida.

This week we are challenging you to make something:
HALLOWEEN/SPOOKY.
Questa settimana ho realizzato una decorazione con le luci per Hallowee. Per farlo ho utilizzato tre strutture Idea-ology, una come base e due per la parte verticale. Ho ricopaerto i lati esterni e interni con un nastro Idea-ology e all'interno come background due ritagli da Abandoned Paper Stash.
Ho creato texture con uno strato di Distress Crackle paste Opaque e Crypt Paste. Una volta asciugate le paste, ho aggiunto Embossing Glaze in due colori cimiteriali (Peeled Paint e Hickory Smoke) che dessero l'idea del muschio e una polvere da embossing bianco/grigia che somiglia al cemento.
Le decorazioni all'pinterno non ve le posso spiegare tutte perchè si tratta solo di aggiungere oggetti in tema e alterarli per farli diventare perfetti per il vostro oggetto. Anche gli incidenti che capitano possono essere utili!
Il tubetto di vetro rotto che vedete in cima alle Vignette Boxes mi è caduto e si è rotto e anzichè buttarlo ho pensato fosse perfetto per dare l'idea del decadimento, del tempo che scorre. Stessa cosa per l'urna in basso che vedete in due pezzi, caduta a terra e riciclata!
Agli occhi non posso rinunciare perchè li adoro e le lapidi le ho alterate aggiungendo le foto.

This week I made a 3D project with lights for Halloween. To do this I used three Idea-ology structures, one as a base and two for the vertical part. I covered the outer and inner sides with Idea-ology tape and inside as the background two cutouts from Abandoned Paper Stash.
I created textures with a layer of Distress Crackle paste Opaque and Crypt Paste. Once the pastes were dry, I added Embossing Glaze in two cemetery colors (Peeled Paint and Hickory Smoke) that gave the feel of moss and a white / gray embossing powder that looks like cement.
The decorations inside I cannot explain the all to you because it is just a matter of adding objects to the theme and altering them to make them perfect for your object. Accidents that happen can also be helpful!
The broken glass tube that you see at the top of the Vignette Boxes I fell and broke and instead of throwing it I thought it was perfect to give the idea of decay, of passing time. Same thing for the urn that you see on the bottom in two pieces, dropped on the ground and recycled!
Creepy eyes can't miss in my Halloween makes because I love them, I altered the gravestones by adding photos.

Wicked, Spooky, Creepy, Grungy...then Tiny Lights for the win...LOL. WoW, you really outdid yourself on this one... Those creepy eyes are called that for a reason... Someone is watching you...
