SIMON MONDAY CHALLENGE RED, WHITE AND/OR BLUE

 


Ciao a tutti e benvenuti a un'altra settimana su Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Questa settimana vi sfidiamo a realizzare qualcosa usando: RED, WHITE AND OR BLUE. Come ogni primo lunedì del mese, presentiamo un marchio/azienda. Questa settimana stiamo tutti usando alcuni favolosi prodotti di Paper Rose. Non dovete usarli per partecipare alla sfida, ma se li avete ci piacerebbe vederle come li utilizzate. Questa settimana diamo il benvenuto all'adorabile Rox alias Red Dirt Crafter come Designer Spotlight per il mese di Luglio. Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the  Movie Inspiration Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too. This week we are challenging you to make something using: RED, WHITE AND OR BLUE. As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Paper Rose. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used. This week we are welcoming the lovely Rox aka Red Dirt Crafter into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her Instagram profile before then you are in for a real treat!


Oggi è il 4 Luglio e per me che collaboro con un blog Americano come Simon Says Stamp è sempre bello dedicate un progetto alla loro festa!
Oggi la tag che ho preparato è veramente semplice, ve la descrivo in punti come sempre!


1) Prima cosa da fare decidete i colori con i quali volete costruire il vostro background finto legno con la fustella Woodgrain di Tim Holtz Sizzix. una fustella bellissima che io ho usato facendo una specie di puzzle con i pezzi tagliati. 
2) Io ho scelto colori abbastanza realistici per il legno e vedete nella prima foto quelli che ho usato, la base è scurissima, un cardstock Idea-ology dal pack Kraft Stock Stack Black Paper. 
QUI potete trovare il link di Sizzix che piega come utilizzare la fustella, è molto semplice usarla ma è comunque utile guardarlo! Per movimentare il puzzle fatto con i pezzi di legno ho utilizzato una fustella 3 D di Tim Holtz Star Trim 663297 non più in produzione, tagliandone alcuni rettangoli e colorando le stelle di rosso con Fired Brick. 
3) Il punto centrale della tag è una fustella della marca Paper Rose, Eucalyptus Stem1, che ho tagliato con il cartoncino Heavystock e colorato con Antique linen.
4) Per l'interno del fiore ho usato il nuovo Distress Unchartedd Mariner insieme a Pecaock Feathere e un pizzico di Prize Ribbon, poi ho tagliato un altro fiore e usato le parti ineterne per comporre una speci di mosaico.
5) Per il sentiment era davvero perfetto il set Crazy Talk di Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous, dove tra le altre , c'è anche la frase dedciata al 4 Luglio. La base è colorata con gli setssi colori del fiore e per la scritta ho usato la polvere da embossing Vintage Pearl di Ranger Ink.
6) per completare un doppio nastro fatto con l'ormai purtroppo introvabile ( fuori produzione) Crinkle Ribbon colorato con Fired Nrick e Crackling Campfire nella versione Spray Stain. 

1) First of all, I choose the Woodgrain Die by Tim Holtz Sizzix to build my faux wood background. I made a kind of puzzle with some pieces I cut.  
2) I chose quite realistic colors for the wood and you can see in the first photo the ones I used, the base is very dark, it's cardstock Idea-ology from the Kraft Stock Stack Black Paper pack.
HERE you can find the Sizzix link that shows how to use this die, it is very simple to use but it is still useful to look at it! To enrich the puzzle made with wooden pieces I used a Tim Holtz Star Trim 663297 3 D die that is no longer in production, cut some rectangles, and colored the stars red with Fired Brick.
3) The central point of the tag is a Paper Rose brand die, Eucalyptus Stem1, which I cut with Heavystock cardstock and colored with Antique linen.
4) For the inside of the flower I used the new Distress Uncharted Mariner together with Peacock Feather and a  little bit of Prize Ribbon, then I cut another flower and used the inner parts to compose a kind of mosaic.
5) For the sentiment, the Crazy Talk stamps set by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous is the perfect set!  There is also the sentence dedicated to the 4th of July. The base is colored with the same colors as the flower and for the writing, I used Vintage Pearl embossing powder by Ranger Ink.
6) To complete the tag I added a double ribbon made with the now unfortunately unavailable (out of production) Crinkle Ribbon colored with Fired Brick and Crackling Campfire in the Spray Stain version.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful design! I love the texture of the tag with all the different shades of brown. Such a fabulous base for all the other lovely elements!
