Dato che è il primo lunedì del mese, come sempre presentiamo un marchio. Questa settimana stiamo tutti usando alcuni favolosi prodotti di Katzelkraft. Non dovete usarli per partecipare alla sfida, ma se li avete ci piacerebbe vedere come li utilizzate.
Questa settimana diamo il benvenuto alla bravissima Alison Bomber alias Words and Pictures come Designer Spotlight del mese di Giugno. Se non avete mai visitato il suo blog prima fatelo perchè è un'artista meravigliosa!

Thank you for joining us for the Up In The Air Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to make something:
BRIGHT & CHEERFUL
As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Katzelkraft. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.
This week we are welcoming the lovely Alison Bomber aka Words and Pictures into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!
BRIGHT & CHEERFUL per me è davvero super facile. Come sapete ogni tanto ( spesso per la verità) vengo colta da veri e propri attacchi di colore, ecco quello che è uscito oggi!
Una tag che mischia vecchio e nuovo e diversi marchi.
BRIGHT & CHEERFUL is really super easy for me. As you know every now and then (often for the truth) I get caught by real attacks of color, that's what came out today!
A tag that mixes old and new and different brands.
La base è stata colorata con Distress Spray Stain e Distress Ink Pad nei colori Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, Salvaged Patina e Blueprint Sketch.
Dop aver asciugato perfettamente la base ho utilizzato il nuovo stencil Focus della nuova release di Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous. Lo sapete vero che potete già prenotare i vostri su Simon Says Stamp? Eccovi il link diretto: Tim Holtz Reserve.
Lo stencil è bellissimo e utilizzato con la Distress Texture Paste Translucent dà la possibilità di realizzare un bellissimo effetto usando colori scuri una volta asciugata la pasta. Io per evidenziare il deisegno dello stencil ho usato il mio amatissimo Walnut Stain. Al centro Il timbro circolare di Katzelkraft timbrato su Acetato resistente al calore e utilizzato con Polvere da Embossing Bianca.
Le farfalle sono davvero un piccolo tuffo nei classici di Tim ( le fustelle le troverete con il link nella lista dei materiali sotto). Per colorarle ho usato Saltwater Taffy, Picked Raspberry, Ripe Persimmon.
Con gli stessi colori ho preparato un piccolo rettamgolo al quale ho aggiunto il sentiment dal set Noteworthy CMS 446 dalla nuova release di Tim come lo stencil.
Le aggiunte luccicose provengono dalle mie scorte, una confezione di qualche anno fa di Prima Marketing, Art Ingredients Melange Vintage Art Pebbles, non so se sia ancora in produzione.

The base was colored with Distress Spray Stain and Distress Ink Pad in Twisted Citron, Cracked Pistachio, Salvaged Patina, and Blueprint Sketch.
After having dried the base perfectly, I used the new Focus stencil from the new release by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous. Did you know that you can already book yours on Simon Says Stamp? Here is the direct link: Tim Holtz Reserve.
The stencil is fabulous and used with the Distress Texture Paste Translucent gives the possibility to create a beautiful effect using dark colors once the paste has dried. I used my beloved Walnut Stain to highlight the stencil design. In the center, Katzelkraft's circular stamp is stamped on heat-resistant acetate and used with White Embossing Powder.
Butterflies are really a little dip in Tim's classics (you will find the dies with the link in the material list below). To color them I used Saltwater Taffy, Picked Raspberry, and Ripe Persimmon to color them.
I prepared a small rectangle With the same colors, to which I added the sentiment from the Noteworthy CMS 446 set from Tim's new release.
The shimmery additions come from my stock, a Prima Marketing pack, Art Ingredients Melange Vintage Art Pebbles, I don't know if it's still in production.

Absolutely gorgeous tag Barbara :-) the textured background is fabulous and I love how you heat embossed the acetate and added a beautiful layered butterfly, stunning!! :-)

Rocking those brights, and of course the textures are just amazing... that glossy translucent paste is scrumptious.
