Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the ATC Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to make something glittery: SPARKLE MOD E.
We are showcasing Stampendous Products this week! Stampendous are celebrating their very special 40th Anniversary! How fabulous is that!! Huge Congratulations to the owner Fran and her wonderful team!
You don’t have to use Stampendous Products to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used, especially as this is such a special occasion!
Per l'occasione ho realizzato una card che ha per protagonista quest'orsetto super tenero di Tim Holtz Sizzix. Sotto il tutorial fotografico con i passaggi.
This week I made a card featuring this super cute bear by Tim Holtz Sizzix. Below is the photo tutorial with the steps.
Per prima cosa ho preparato un ritaglio di Heavystock e lo splendido timbro Wood Planks di Simon Says Stamp. Ho timbrato con Versmark e due polveri Glaze di Tim Holtz , Walnut stain e Vintage Photo, uno sfondo che mi è servito per ritagliare gli alberi. Ho colorato con Distress Spray stain.
First I prepared a piece of Heavystock using Simon Says Stamp's gorgeous Wood Planks stamp. I stamped with Versmark and two Glaze powders by Tim Holtz (Walnut stain and Vintage Photo) a background that I used to cut out the trees. I colored with Distress Sprays Stain.
Per il mio orsetto ho scelto il bianco come colore base e ho dato un po' di texture con la polvere Stampendous Chunky White che si trova nel kit Snowflakes insieme ad altre polveri con colori a tema inverno.
For my bear, I chose white as the base color and gave it some texture with the Stampendous Chunky White powder found in the Snowflakes kit along with other winter themed color powders.
Uno dei miei stencil preferiti di Tim Holtz è Speckles, trovo che per realizzare lo sfondo neve sia perfetto. Oggi l'ho utilizzato insieme alla Texture Paste Snowfall che fa parte del KIt Distress Holiday Texture e Distress Dry Glitter. Io ho aggiunto anche una spruzzata di Stickles in polvere che credo non siano più in produzione.
One of my favorite Tim Holtz stencils is Speckles, I find it perfect for making the snow background. Today I used it together with the Texture Paste Snowfall which is part of the KIt Distress Holiday Texture and Distress Dry Glitter. I also added a sprinkle of powdered Stickles which I believe are no longer in production.

For the sky background and the scarf I used Distress Mica Stain.
