Hi to everyone! This week our theme is MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND, we are showcasing Darkroom Door Products this week, you don’t have to use them to join in, but if you have them we would love to see them used on your projects!
La primavera è dietro l'angolo e io ho pensato di creare una serie di tags con lo stesso sfondo, un timbro Darkroom door, Roses Photo, usato insieme ai Distress ink Pads e poi spruzzato con acqua!
Spring is just around the corner and I feel already its scent and the warm air! Roses are beautiful flowers, typical of this season and Darkroom door "Roses photo" stamp is perfect for creating different backgrounds. My tags are cut with Ranger black cardstock and Ranger Watercolor paper. I made the background using the stamp together Distress Ink Pads misted with water to create a shaded effect!
Questo timbro fa tutto da solo, nel senso che è già bellissimo di per sè e non ha bisogno di troppe cose che lo coprano, altrimenti perde la sua particolarità. Ho scelto di fare delle tag molto semplici dove lo sfondo è sicuramente il protagonista. Per tre delle mie tags ho usato i Mini Distress ink pads in colori della stessa tonalità per creare un effetto sfumato!
This stamp is so beautiful and it doesn't need too much other! I choose to make simple tags to highlight the background! Stamp and colors are the stars!
Excluding the background, everything else is branded Tim Holtz. I chose stamps and embellishments that might give a sense, that join together the colors, words and images.
Le due tags sopra sono in versione decisamente estiva, oltre la primavera, una addirittura in versione arcobaleno che è la mia fissazione del momento!

These tags are fantastic! They are a little different than your usual look, but they go to show how versatile your aesthetic is! You're talented in so many different artistic styles and I adore the way you mixed the colors with the bold black tag edges. And LOVE the stitching! Great work here!
