This week we are challenging you to: RECYCLE
Immagino che vedendo la mia tag di oggi vi chiederete come si lega al tema proposto ! La foto sotto è la spiegazione! Ci sono giorni nel quale vengo presa dal desiderio di sperimentare colori, combinazioni, materiali ecc. Mi metto alla mia scrivania con un pacco di tag stencil, paste e tutto il resto della mia collezione di colori di vario genere e inizio. Lavoro forsennatamente e poi conservo tutto quello che faccio. Oggi ho attinto da quel pacco di sfondi, riciclandone uno che non era nemmeno finito!
I guess seeing my tag today you will wonder how it relates to the proposed theme! The photo below is the explanation! There are days when I am overwhelmed by the desire to experiment with colors, combinations, materials, etc. I sit at my desk with a pack of stencils, tags, various mediums, and all the rest of my collection of spray paints, inks, acrylics, etc., and start. I work madly and then I keep everything I do. Today I drew from that pack of backgrounds, recycling one that wasn't even finished!
Per lo sfondo ho utilizzato lo stencil Roses di Tim Holtz insieme al Distress Resist spray. Lo sfondo era così nella mia scatola, sembrava una tag nuova finita lì per sbaglio e invece guardando meglio ho visto che si vedeva il disegno delle Rose. Ho scelto una palette di colori abbastanza femminile usando anche il nuovo Saltwater Taffy. E questo è quello che ne è uscito oggi, io sono convinta che ognuno dei miei sfondi , prima o poi trova il suo giusto utilizzo!
Piccola nota, sui nuovi Design Tape Trims della nuova collezione Idea-ology: quello che vedete vicino al nastro e sul fondo della tag fa parte delle confezione dei nastri sottili e lo confesso di questo sono proprio innamorata!
For the background, I used Tim Holtz's Roses stencil along with the Distress Resist Spray. The background was like this in my box, it looked like a new tag that ended up there by mistake, and instead of looking closer, I saw that you could see the design of the Roses. I chose a fairly feminine color palette using the new Saltwater Taffy as well. And this is what came out today, I am convinced that each of my wallpapers, sooner or later find its right use!
Small note, on the new Design Tape Trims of the new Idea-ology collection: what you see next to the top of my tag and on the bottom of the tag is part of the packaging of thin ribbons and I confess I'm really in love with this!
