Thank you for joining us for the Washi Tape Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to join us for our 11th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!
Can you believe that this challenge has been going for 11 years!! The time has flown by hasn’t it! We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our fellow crafters who have joined us over the years and we hope you will continue to join us!
As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from AALL & Create. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge, but if you have them we would love to see them used.
As it is a special celebration the lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously increased the prize to a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! You can join 5 times so you could have 5 chances to win! How AWESOME is that!! All winners are chosen randomly, so everyone has an equal chance to win! Woo Hoo!! Good Luck to everyone! This week we are welcoming the back the lovely Anne Redfern aka Redanne into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!
Il destino è nelle stelle... da qui l'ispirazione per questa tag di compleanno realizzata con il bellissimo timbro sfondo Celestial Navigation di AALL & Create. Poteva mancare qualcuno dal set Inquisitive di Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous? No ovviamente (sono un pochino ossessionata da questo set in questo momento!), ecco quindi il nostro gentleman reso magico dal cappello luccicante!
Per il background tecnica resist su tag nera e utilizzo degli Oxide Ink pad più Spray stain argentato, che rende tutto molto simile alla Via Lattea! Aggiunta di qualche stella super luminosa con stencil di Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous e la pasta Stickles Asteroid di Ranger Ink.
Destiny is in the stars ...therefore the inspiration for this birthday tag made with the beautiful Celestial Navigation background stamp by AALL & Create. Could someone be missing from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous' Inquisitive set? Obviously not (I'm a little obsessed with this set right now!), So here is our gentleman made magical by the shiny hat!
For the background, I used the resist technique background on a black tag and use of Oxide Ink pads plus silver Spray stain, which makes everything very similar to the Milky Way! Add some super bright stars with Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous stencils and Ranger Ink Stickles Asteroid paste.
