Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the Mixed Media Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to add some: Beautiful Blooms.
Non so voi, ma io conservo davvero tutto anche gli esperimenti che non mi sembrano riusciti, io li conservo ugualmente perchè so che ci sarà un momento giusto e una trasformazione giusta anche oper loro. La card di questa settimana ne è un esempio perfetto. Qualche tempo fa avevo provato la fustella 3D Roses e avevo colorato i rilieli parte con i Distress ink pads come acquerelli (foglie), parte con il tampone di inchiostro direttamente sui rilievi (rose). L'avevo accantonato perchè il risultato non era quello che avevo in mente. Ieri ho avuto la folgorazione!" L'ho ripreso e trasformato, sotto i passaggi!
Le foto purtroppo le ho fatte dopo, i passaggi sono in ordine di esecuzione con i materiali usati accanto alla card.
I don't know about you, but I really keep everything even the experiments that don't seem successful, I keep them anyway because I know that there will be a right time and a right transformation for them too. This week's card is a perfect example of this. Some time ago I tried the 3D Roses die and colored the reliefs partly with the Distress ink pads as watercolors (leaves), partly with the ink pad directly on the reliefs (roses). I had set it aside because the result was not what I had in mind. Yesterday I had the flash of inspiration! I took it back and transformed it, you can see the main steps below!
Unfortunately, I took the photos after I completed the card, the steps are in order of execution with the materials used next to the card.
Primo step con i pennarelli da embossing e i Distress Glaze ho isolato i rilievi
First step with the embossing pens and the Distress Glaze: I isolated the reliefs
Secondo step Background con Distress Spray Stain
Second step Background with Distress Spray Stains
Terzo step Aggiungere un timbro qua e là, io ho usato questo con le lettere in corsivo perchè lo adoro!
Third step add a stamp here and there, I used this with the alphabet in italics because I love it!
Quarto step l'immancabile stencil a riempire le parti vuote.
Fourth step, the inevitable stencil to fill in the empty parts.
Ultimo step Uno spruzzo di gesso bianco quasi impercettibile.
Last step an almost imperceptible spray of white gesso.
La fustella da embossing che ho usato è Roses di Tim Holzt Sizzix.
