Seconda cosa; come ogni primo lunedì del mese tutto il Design Team lavora con prodotti di un marchio specifico, oggi lavoriamo con quelli di Tim Holtz e con il tema SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND! Terza splendida novità, vi presento la nostra Designer Spotlight per il mese di Dicembre: Anita Houston , The Artful Maven Haven, sicuramente la conoscerete già, ma se così non fosse andate subito a dare uno sguardo al suo blog, è un'artista assolutamente originale ed eclettica!

As it is the first Monday of the month we will be showcasing a company/designer and this week we are all using products designed by the super talented Tim Holtz! I am sure you will all have at least one of his products, so it’s time to get your ‘Tim’ supplies out and get crafty!
This week we are welcoming the fabulous Anita Houston aka The Artful Maven Haven into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited Anita’s blog before then you are in for a real treat!
Oggi ho lavorato con il nuovo supporto trasparente di Tim Holtz OH DEER, per restare nel tema ho usato tanti prodotti brillanti: Tim Holtz Distress Stickles Dry Glitter ROCK CANDY , Tim Holtz Idea-ology GILDED CHRISTMASTIME Remnant Rubs e Tim Holtz Idea-ology DECO SHEETS .
Oh Deer è una clipboard trasparente di acrilico lucidissimo con una spettacolare renna metallica in alto. Per decorarla usate la vostra creatività ! Io, dato che siamo in Novembre, comincio con i miei progetti natalizi ( non dite che non ve l'avevo detto, sapete che è il mio periodo dell'anno preferito!!).
Ho iniziato timbrando con un nuovo sfondo con parole natalizie di Tim. La difficoltà è stata capire se potevo usare inchiostri o meno, alla fine ho deciso dopo alcuni esperimenti, che la cosa migliore era timbrare con Picket fence Distress Paint, perchè asciuga velocemente e si fissa anche su questo supporto in modo permanente. Sempre con Picket fence Distress Paint ho evidenziato ( alla fine del lavoro!) tutti i bordi e la renna.
Oh Deer is a transparent acrylic shiny clipboard with a spectacular metallic deer on top. To decorate it use your creativity! I, since we are in November, I start with my Christmas projects ( you know that is my favorite time of the year !!).
I started stamping with a new background with Christmas words by Tim. The difficulty was to understand if I could use inks or not, I finally decided after some experiments, that the best thing to use was Picket Fence Distress Paint, because dries quickly and is also fixed to this support permanently. Always with Picket Fence Distress Paint I highlighted (at the end of work!) edges and reindeer.
Il centro del progetto è una costruzione: ho usato come base Tim Holtz Sizzix SNOWGLOBE DIE, come sfondo Tim Holtz Sizzix TREE LINE DIE e come paesaggio Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2016 SCRIBBLE WOODLAND. Ovviamente tutto colorato con Distress di ogni genere!
The center of the project is a puzzle: I used as a base Tim Holtz Sizzix SNOWGLOBE DIE, as background Tim Holtz Sizzix TREE LINE DIE and as landscape Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2016 WOODLAND SCRIBBLE. Obviously everything has painted with Distress of all kinds!
Per l'effetto neve ho usato la Grit-Paste e l'ho ricoperta subito con Distress Stickles Dry Glitter ROCK CANDY.
For the snow effect I used the Grit-Paste and I covered it immediately with Distress Stickles Glitter Dry ROCK CANDY

Altri aggiunta di brilli: con Idea-ology DECO SHEETS ho tagliato il contorno del globo e con i Idea-ology GILDED CHRISTMASTIME Remnant Rubs ho decorato i lati.
Other addition of sparkle: with Idea-ology DECO SHEETS I cut the outline of the globe, with Idea-ology GILDED CHRISTMASTIME Remnant Rubs I decorated sides.
Per i rami di abete ho aggiunto sui contorni Picket fence Distress crayons, un effetto neve molto naturale.
On the branches of leaves I added Picket Fence Distress crayons, a very natural snow effect.
