Today I show you that the Tim Holtz Pocket frame can also be used in an alternative way!
Guardando la fustella Pocket frame di Tim Holtz ho pensato che avrebbe potuto benissimo essere usata per realizzare una tag da appendere alle valigie o al bagaglio a mano o allo zaino per la scuola dei vostri figli.... Ed eccola qui, un progetto facile e veloce che potete personalizzare come volete, io ho scelto decorazioni a tema viaggio!
Poter utilizzare le fustelle Sizzix in modo differente dal loro utilizzo usuale vi fa capire quanto possono essere versatili!
Ecco il passo passo.
Looking at Tim Holtz's Pocket frame, I thought it could be used to make a tag to hang on suitcases or carry-on bag or whatever you want ....... And here it is, a quick and easy project that you can customize as you wish, I chose travel themed decorations!
Being able to use Sizzix dies differently from their usual use makes you realize how versatile they can be!
Here is the step by step.
Per prima cosa scegliete il materiale con cui realizzare la vostra luggage tag. Io ho scelto Substrate Sheet di Tim Holtz perchè mi piace molto e ha una consistenza simile alla pelle.
Tagliate con la vostra Big shot e la fustella Pocket frame.
Preparate uno sfondo con il set Ticket booth e tagliatene due pezzi che possano entrare nella Pocket frame.
First choose the material with which to make your luggage tag. I chose Tim Holtz's Substrate Sheet because I like it a lot.
Pass your Pocket Frame die through the Big Shot.
Prepare a background with the Ticket booth set and cut two pieces that can fit into the Pocket frame.
Fermate con un filo di Glossy solo nella parte più alta della tag e fate una cucitura sui bordi in modo da bloccare il cartoncino all'interno.
Use a little bit of Glossy only in the highest part of the tag, and then a seam on the edges so the card inside is blocked.
Tagliate di nuovo con la fustella Pocket frame un cartoncino marrone scuro ( io ho usato la Classic kraft stock di Tim Holtz). Per tagliare le fustelle non particolarmente intricate come la Pocket Frame io di solito uso la Sizzix Standard Magnetic Platform for Wafer-Thin Dies con i Cutting pads standard. Cut a dark brown card with Pocket frame die (I used Tim Holtz's Classic kraft stock). To cut not particularly intricate die-cuts like the Pocket Frame, I usually use Sizzix Standard Magnetic Platform for Wafer-Thin Dies with the standard Cutting pads. Remove the parts that should be folded to create the Pocket frame with a cutter. Paste under the frame the background that you have prepared before with stamps. At this point you can overlap the two parts to cover the stitches.

Now create your decorations. I used three Sizzix dies: arrow is part of the Pocket frame die, airplane and globe Travel for the Sidekick, word Fly Shadow script 3.
Ora preparate la chiusura che servirà per appendere la vostra tag. Io ho usato una vecchia cintura e Idea-ology Buckles. A questo punto fate un'apertura rettangolare al centro della tag, in modo che possa essere infilata la vostra chiusura.
