Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the Dogs Life Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to pick a color and stick to it: Monochrome!
It is still with us as Designer Spotlight Wanda Hentges aka Art By Wanda, HERE her beautiful blog!
I do not know if you ever make mistakes completely the background, when this happens with Burlap Panel Tim Holtz, I remove Burlapand I used it on the back. I did this by using a piece that I had completely get wrong, here's a new perfect background for my today's project!
Oramai sono davvero dipendente dalle Paper Dolls!
I'm really addicted to Paper Dolls!
My panel is definitely Halloween theme but also autumn theme, warm colors remind me a lot this season! I love this raven and these pumpkins, theyt are so beautiful, extremely versatile, think how beautiful they would be also with the fabric or the felt!
Technically it is not a complicated work. The background with Distress oxides in neutral colors (Antique linen, Fossilized amber, Iced Spruce, Walnut stain) and a stencil that I really like, Crossed, used with Distress Oxides Iced spruce and a mini blending tool.
The stitches ..... this time I am pleased and proud to be able to make them as I wanted! To create the frame I used one of Halloween's Design Tape rolls and I stitched on it to create a frame. For me a great success!
