Ciao a tutti !
Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the Splash It On Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to We’ve Got Your Number, this is an easy one, simply add a number somewhere on your creation!
I remind you our April Designer Spotlight Amy Bethke aka Amy's Obsession Card, visit her blog if you have not done it yet!
About our weekly topic, the numbers, I used 3 different stencils by Tim Holtz with the Grit-paste, each house has a different stencil. My steampunk soul has transformed the Tiny Houses into Steampunk Tiny Houses! The step-by-step is so simple that I think the photos are enough to understand the process!
Materials used and procedure to built my Tiny houses.
I started covering with (with some scraps advanced by other works) with Ranger Metal foil a few sheets of Simon Says Stamp WHITE CARDSTOCK 120 LB, quite thick but perfect for being bent in the lines highlighted by the cut.
Resulting after the application of Distress Paints and kitchen steel wool scouring pad ( it's right?), where to start applying the following materials.
Next Step: Alcohol Inks and Patina Effect Paste by Prima marketing, I used it on the Grit-paste and on the structures of my houses .
For the roofs of the houses I used Tim Holtz paper stash white and kraft paper with motifs already prepared with resist effect. I colored with the Distress Oxides and sprayed with Mica Spray Antique Bronze.
Retro delle mie casette!
Back of my little houses
To decorate I used Tim Holtz Sizzix PIPELINE Bigz Die, fantastic, and Idea-ology Quotations Metallic stickers.
