THE MAGIC OF DISTRESS OXIDES!

Finalmente sono qui con me, posso giocarci e conoscerli meglio,sto parlando di loro, dei nuovi Distress Oxides! Il primo momento è stato di disorientamento: per tanti anni i miei fedelissimi inchiostri sono stati quasi unicamente i Distress ink pads! La creazione di questi nuovi Distress è veramente una svolta e quello che dice Tim è totalmente vero: total game changer. Non ti aspetti la loro incredibile capacità di trasformazione. Quando li ho provati per la prima volta è stato quasi uno shock! Dopo aver spruzzato l'acqua e aver strisciato la mia prima tag di prova sono rimasta senza parole nel momento in cui ho cominciato ad asciugare con l'embossing! Acquistano una consistenza una opacità, cambiano così tanto che rimani spiazzato! E poi ti rendi conto della loro magia! Si sovrappongono, restano opachi, sono vivaci ma allo stesso tempo è come avessero una patina... insomma incredibili! La mia speranza è che presto avremo anche altri colori!!!!! Eccoli qui nel loro splendore!

At last they are here with me, I can play with them and know them better, of course I'm talking about  new Distress Oxides! At the first moment  I felt disoriented: for years my faithful inks were almost exclusively Distress ink pads! The creation of these new Distress is really a turning point and what Tim says  it's totally true: total game changer. You don't expect their incredible change capacity. When I tried them for the first time was quite a shock! Then I realized of their magic! They overlap, they remain opaque, they are bright but at the same moment seems  they have a patina ... so amazing! My hope is that soon we will have many other colors !!!!! Here they are in their splendor!

Ed ecco la mia prima tag totalmente realizzata con gli Oxides! Solo gli ingranaggi sono tagliati su Core' dinations metallic e colorati con Alcohol ink!
Here is my first  tag  completely realized with  Distress Oxides! Only the gears are cut on Core 'dinations metallic and altered with Alcohol inks!

Per il primo tentativo sono stata nella mia comfort zone, unica cosa che ho provato è stata usare lo stencil e togliere colore con una salvietta! Mi piace l'effetto molto soft che ne deriva!
For the first experiment, I was in my comfort zone!
