Hi to all!! summer holidays are beginning and Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog Monday invites you to create on this theme WORLD TRAVELER!
This week our Design Team and our Designer Spotlight Alison Bomber aka Words and pictures will take you around the world, on our blog you can see amazing creations! We're curious to see yours!
Certamente no!
It would be really nice to go around the world! I have chosen for this challenge a Flip frame, it's the first time that I used it!! Tim Holtz/Sizzix Globe is certainly one of the dies I love most and couldn't really miss it! I have used as the basis for my project SUBSTRATE SHEETS Paperie in white color, I crumpled and painted it with Distress inks pad and Distress Crayons. Under my globe to make a nice contrast I used Textile surfaces paperie in blue color! I like the effect of the two colors together! To complete my panel a lots of Idea-ology products and a Tim's stamp from "Dapper"set!

This is an absolute amazing make! Love use of the new substrate (of course colored with the Distress Crayons -- so cool). And using the denim behind your globe ... genius!!!! Your attention to detail is really what makes your projects so wonderful. You know I love the vintage, grungy feel of this piece. Hope to play along this week!!!! Hugs -- Mary Elizabeth

RispondiEliminaI love the denim under the globe - looks so cool - and the little details like the camera and the red, white & blue twine are so brilliant. The whole thing looks fantastic displayed in the flip frame - I might just need one of those after all! Wonderful work as always.
