This week we are inviting you to create Oodles Of Doodles
It is Anne’s last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us!
L'argomento per me era veramente difficoltoso ma come sempre Tim Holtz e Stampers Anonymous mi sono vemuti in aiuti! Pensando ai miei timbri mi sono ricordata di un background perfetto per questa occasione che fa parte del set Scribbles & Spirals! Ho deciso di usarlo con lo stesso effetto resist su due cards ! Ecco la prima
The theme was really difficult for me but as always Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous came to help me! Thinking about my stamps I remembered a perfect background for this occasion which is part of the Scribbles & Spirals set! I decided to use it with the same resist effect on two cards! Here is the first
Nelle foto sotto vedete come ho fatto lo sfondo. Ho timbrato con Enbossing Dabber di Tim e ho ricoperto subito tutto con la polvere glaze Hickory smoke,. Poi ho utilizzato i Distress inks pads in 4 colori molto adatti ad Halloween. Per la seconda card ho fatto lo stesso utilizzando la polvere Clear per ottenere l'effetto resist e altri colori classici della palette di Halloween.
In the photos below you can see how I made the background. I stamped with Tim's Embossing Dabber and immediately covered everything with Hickory Smoke Embossing Glaze. Then I used the Distress inks pads in 4 colors very suitable for Halloween. For the second card, I did the same using the Clear powder to get the resist effect and other classic colors of the Halloween palette.
Poi ho colorato (per questo avrei davvero bisogno di un corso!) il gatto, con colori tenui perchè volevo che risaltassero molto i dettagli del timbro, e la luna. Ho tagliato su Vellum due fantasmi da una fustella di qualche anno fa e ho aggiunto il sentiment preso anch'esso dal set Snarky Cat Halloween.
Then I colored (for this I really need a course!) the cat, with soft colors because I wanted the details of the stamp to stand out a lot and the moon. I cut two ghosts on Vellum from an old die and added the sentiment taken from the Snarky Cat Halloween set.

Per la seconda vi ho già detto come ho realizzato lo sfondo, aggiungo che qui ho tagliato la nuova ragnatela di Tim con annesso ragno e ho messo il cappello al mio gatto!
