You know that the sea is one of the themes that inspires me the most and today I certainly could not miss the opportunity for another project inspired by this theme and absolutely in line with  our challenge. It's one of those projects came out directly from the hands and heart, without thinking of anything, so ... unfortunately I do not have  usual step by step! I'm sorry but sometimes I'm so intent on working that I do not remember to photograph anything ....

I'll tell you how I made the project. I started by applying a layer of white gesso on the Ecetera tag and then covering it with brush strokes of very light acrylics (list of materials below as usual). At this point I stamped the starfish with Tree Branch Archival Ink. To create the starfish stamp I used a mouse pad of that light black rubber, I cut  black rubber with Tim Holtz Sizzix's Sand & sea die, I put a piece of double-sided adhesive tape on an acrylic block and the stamp is ready!

I've stemped my favorite fishes from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Sea life set  with an old (but always beautiful shade) Aqua Ranger Adirondack ink I added Ranger Texture paste opaque Crackle here and there.

The stencil is homemade with the Decorative Strip Confetti by Tim Holtz Sizzix and Texture paste opaque.

For the seahorses I used a thick cardstock and  Mosaic stencil By tim Holtz with Texture paste. Stormy Sky Distress crayon to fill the whole surface, even the inner one, then I spread a layer of Mermaid sparkle acrylic by Prima marketing. I completed with Prima marketing Micro beads  color Copper.

A lot of Sizzix Tim Holtz dies for my marine flora, you can find the list at the bottom! Small shells and the starfish scattered on the project are by Hero Arts. A splash of Mini art Stones Prima  marketing and my project is complete.
