Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the We’ve Got Your Number Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week we are challenging you to explore The Great Outdoors
think beautiful trees, deep blue skies, fields of flowers and stunning landscapes!
We are showcasing Paper Artsy Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in, but if you have them we would love to see them used.
We are welcoming the lovely and super talented Dr Sonia aka Cards Crafts, Kids Projects   into the Designer Spotlight this week! If you haven’t visited her blog you are in for a real treat!

Our weekly theme made me think about sky, especially the space and I had this idea to  create unusual flowers, flowers that in my imagination come from the cosmos! No reasoning and much instinct in this project! Here's my short tutorial.

I started preparing the bases for my work: a  canvas and  some sheets of  Mixed Media Cardstock, everything painted  with Fresco Paints and Infusions of Paper Artsy and Distress Oxides.

This is the final result of my work. Once canvas has dried I've added textures with a Tim Holtz stencil and  with a stamp from Paper Artsy Seth Apter 01 Eclectica 3 set.

E ora i fiori.

Above you can see the sheet I prepared with Fresco Paint and Dylusion Paint, for the Seth Apter stamp from the Set Apter 02 Eclectica 3 set I used the Simon Says Stamp's High Dive Ink.
And now the flowers

To create my cosmic flowers I cut some pieces with the DRIP DROP Etched Dies of Seth Apter, then I rolled them up and  blocked them with hot glue. Before rolling them I gave  a touch of  light with Indigoblu ROYAL PEACOCK MEGAFLAKE Gilding Flakes. Once ready I gave them shape by opening the petals
